General Questions
What kind of services do you offer? We offer a variety of videography services, including wedding videography, travel weddings, event videography, engagement shoots, photoshoots, editing, branding, interviews, and more. We do not offer boudoir or music video services.
What is your turnaround time? Our estimated turnaround time is 8-12 weeks for weddings and 3-5 weeks for events. For branding shoots, interviews, and performances, the turnaround time will depend on the length of the final video.
What is your policy on travel fees? We charge a travel fee for any location over an hour or 50 miles away from our base location. This fee covers transportation and lodging costs. For travel weddings, clients are responsible for booking and paying for flights and accommodations, or they can choose to have us handle the arrangements, and the cost will be added to the final bill.
What is your policy on parking fees? Parking fees will be incurred after the shoot and added to your final invoice.
What is your video resolution? Our standard video resolution is 4K. However, we can provide 6K or 8K footage upon request, but this must be specified prior to booking.
Do you color grade your footage? Yes, we color grade all of our footage to enhance the overall look and feel of your video.
Can I purchase the raw footage? Yes, you can purchase the raw footage for an additional fee. A USB drive with the raw footage can be sent to your address upon purchase.
How long do I have to download the final video? You will have 3 months to download the final video from the link provided via email.
What is your policy on sharing footage? We will not share your footage with anyone without your explicit consent.
What is your policy on vendor meals? For wedding services, we require that vendor meals be provided for our team.
What are your hours of service for weddings? We offer a variety of package options with different hours of service, including 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours, 10 hours, and 12 hours. Please note that these hours are consecutive, and once the service begins, it will be non-stop.
Payment and Cancellation
What is your deposit policy? We require a 25% deposit for weddings and a 50% deposit for all other services.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept debit, credit, ACH, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
What is your cancellation policy? If you cancel your event, wedding, or any other video service within 48 hours of the scheduled date, there will be no refund. If you reschedule within 30 days, a fee will be applied.
Additional Terms
All details regarding the shoot must be communicated prior to the event.
We own all footage legally.
Phone calls are scheduled only. No random phone calls will be answered.
An expedite fee will be added to the final invoice if final edits are needed within 3-5 days of the initial delivery date.
Clients can send their own choice music for the video, but it must be sent to us before the editing process begins.
